This isn't Cindy or Mary it's TAMMIE!

Right: Tammie Akau looking strong in today's wod. She was one of the only people to choose "Mary" today, almost everyone else did "Cindy"(see bottom of this post for the sequancing of these workouts). Everyone did amazing today, and Tammie especially worked through a previous knee surgery that kept her working consistently through her pistol squats, strengthening her knee AND she performed strict pull ups in the wod. Awesome power in the gym today!

Group Line Drills: Lunges, Cartwheels, Side Lunge, Handstand Walk

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

"Mary"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 One legged squats, alternating

15 Pull-ups
