At CFAS, we train more than just bodies—we train belief systems. From day one, we invite you to see the greatness in yourself and those around you. If you made it through our doors, guess what? You’re already an AllStar.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, where you're starting, or what you can lift. Here, everyone is an athlete, and everyone belongs. We don’t label people as “gym members”—we’re a community of AllStars, working together to grow stronger in body and mindset.

You won’t hear “I can’t” or “I wish I could” echoing through our space. Instead, you’ll hear:

When you step into CrossFit AllStar, you’ll notice right away—this place feels different.

Our box is bright, open, and spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of room to move, lift, jump, and breathe—inside and out. Because let’s be real: the human body was made to move, and we’ve crafted an environment that says GO FOR IT.

Every inch of our space was intentionally designed—from the layout to the flow—because your training deserves that level of care. We even brought in a Feng Shui expert (yes, really!) to dial in the energy.

Who knows? That good energy might just shave a few seconds off your WOD. 😉

Equipment

At CrossFit AllStar, you’ll notice something missinggym machines. And that’s on purpose.

We believe the body wasn’t designed to sit in place and push or pull in isolation. Instead, we train with equipment that encourages full-body, functional movement—from core to extremity. Our goal? To build midline stability, total-body strength, and real-world fitness that applies across all time and activity domains (yep, that’s CrossFit speak for "fit for anything").

Our arsenal includes:

🏋️ Olympic barbells & bumper plates

🧱 Boxes, kettlebells, & medicine balls

🏃‍♀️ Jump ropes, climbing ropes, & pull-up bars

🤸 Gymnastic rings and plenty of “wait, what is that?” surprises

We’re fully equipped to train anyone—any age, any fitness level, any goal. But in the end, the gear is just the tool. What really counts is what you do with it. 💪

Motivation

Gym machines? They were made for isolating muscles, mostly in the name of bodybuilding—where the goal is to step on stage and be judged on looks. And hey, if that’s your jam, more power to you.

But here at CrossFit AllStar, we’re after something bigger. We train using full-body, functional movement, from core to extremity, because we believe in building real fitness—the kind that improves your life, not just your mirror reflection.

Kids

At CrossFit AllStar, we get it—juggling workouts and parenting is no joke. We’ve got two keiki of our own, so we’ve made it easier for families to train together, thrive together.

That’s why we built the AllStar Kids play area—a two-story mini adventure zone where your kids can get in their own “workout” while you crush yours. And this isn’t some afterthought—we had help from the kids in our community to dream it up and bring it to life!

Inside you’ll find:

🏃 Long monkey bars & multi-level challenges

🧗 Kid-size pull-up bars, ladders, bands, & a fireman’s pole

🎨 Cozy spots for art, reading, and games when it’s time to chill
